  • I have never done yoga before. Can I just join the class?

Yes, all ages and levels can join.

In every class I explain about the postures, the breathing, their emotional effects and some philosophy . I always ask newcomers if they have done yoga before and strive to make everyone feel comfortable, safe and welcome regardless of previous experience.

  • Do I need to sign in for my first class?

  • What should I bring to class?

Comfortable clothes so you can easily move your body.

An objective, non-judgmental state of mind.

  • Can I eat before class?  

It’s best to do yoga on an empty stomach so try to eat  2-3 hours before class and avoid spicy foods. If you’re still hungry a banana or yoghurt up to 30 minutes before class is a good option!
